Over five years at Capital One, led projects across product design, R&D, and corporate strategy. Explored how behavioral science and psychometrics could be applied to help people become better savers. Conducted early research into short-term lending that laid the groundwork for eliminating overdraft fees entirely. Led design strategy for a family checking account that won a Fast Company Innovation Award. Trained hundreds of executives on design thinking. Brought onto a corporate strategy task force reporting to the CEO to help the bank respond to the cultural shifts of the pandemic.

Co-founded and led an innovation agency in partnership with StrawberryFrog, operating out of the Empire State Building. Directed the research and strategy behind a new AI financial product designed to improve women's financial confidence, grounded in emotional intelligence and behavioral science. The work began with a nationwide qualitative study and culminated in board-level investment to build and launch the product.

Facilitated a global design sprint for UN agency staff, focused on redesigning protocols for reporting and responding to sexual harassment. Coached a multidisciplinary team through problem definition, stakeholder mapping, journey design, and product roadmapping.

Led a participatory program for executive leaders from the largest banks in the Eastern Caribbean, helping them adopt design thinking and agile practices to drive digital transformation across their organizations. Also designed and delivered innovation training programs for banks in the region, including activating a company-wide innovation lab for the Grenada Cooperative Bank.

Experiences designed to interrupt the pace of ordinary thinking. Each piece uses art to create the conditions for deep reflection, an invitation to step inside a situation, physical, sonic, or social, where an important question becomes something you can feel rather than just think.

A celebration of true authorship in the age of AI. Visitors select a journal, contribute a handwritten reflection, and return it to the collection. The journals travel with the House of Beautiful Business for the next decade, a growing archive of unmediated thought.

A light installation that invites festival participants to reflect on language, time, and attention during an eclipse. Narrow slits carved into a dome allow moving beams of sunlight to project fragments of text onto the inner walls. Words appear, sharpen, drift, and disappear like a living sundial made of language.

A temporary sound installation staged in public space. Using a circle of wireless speakers, the piece creates an immersive field where sound seems to arise from the space itself. Musicians, DJs, and visitors contribute live textures that the system absorbs and transforms in real time. An experiment in public intimacy.

An experimental short documentary filmed in rural Egypt, portraying a family of women inheritors of mourning traditions stretching back over three thousand years. The film doesn't explain grief so much as sit inside it, evoking questions about tradition, womanhood, and what we lose when rituals disappear.

I presented to Teach For All entrepreneurs from 40 countries on organizational impact, led a design swarm at the IDSA Global Conference on placemaking for refugees, and facilitated the Economy of Meaning workshop at AIGA Design for Good. I also spoke at the House of Beautiful Business in Tangier on the nature of knowledge and human learning in the age of AI — alongside panels and keynotes at industry conferences worldwide.
